So I planned on being in the pop-up in the am. Should the rain have any effect on deer movement. Also its supposed to be worsening that evening which makes me think they will move more in morning. Full moon out which i have noticed does not hinder them too much. Do deer move when its rainy, never really hunted in rain to speak of. I would think they would move well as long as its not t-storming and windy as heck. Any experience with that type of weather, hunting near buffalo if curious. Any thoughts?

sweet, hope its not too heavy, I know the drizzle is good but steady downpour verse light rain verse u need a freakin arc. Kinda pumped abouty it. I have missed a big 8 thanks to the strap/rod on my db, want redemption real badComment

In a popup I would be out there in the morning, in a treestand I would have to see how much lightning is dancing around before I climb on the metal platform.
Just think of it this way, being in a popup in the rain is better than being at work tomorrow.Comment

Its kinda I have to go and want to, made plans for babysitter since wife is working. I am blessed I get to go alot, probably my tenth time this year hunting morn and eve, gas is starting to get me having an hour drive one way. Just wish it was colder, then it would really be great. Definately not going into the tree, knida sucks when they sway and lightning is cracking down. Gonna kick back in the double bull.Comment
