Like others said, go on some guided hunts, let the guide know before hand you are new and I'm sure most would love helping you out. Also look for a lease opening on here with some of the other TBH brothers, let them know you are new and would like some guidance. I'm sure most everyone on here would help you out if on there lease.

Well TBH is full of folks with vast knowledge and experience. Also look at getting on a lease with good members. There is a lot of information on here and on the net read all you can and don't be afraid to ask questions.

Do have any family land? If not make friends with folks who do. And if invited, do work around said land to get invited back. If you plan on bow hunting. Practice, standing, sitting, leaning. Practice some more. And when your done practicing shoot a few more arrows.
I shot my bow for a year before I took it out after deer. Watch a ton of youtube videos and read everything you can on the subject. And for god sake stay out of the political discussions here on TBH as well as you can. There is a ton of good info here about actual hunting.

No family land. Trust me I'm trying to get somebody to let me just go watch on their lease. I don't want to take any fun from them, just want to see in person. I'm more of a hands on person. It looks like there is a lot of info out there. Just kind of hard to tell the good from the bad and not knowing where I want to go. Lol.
