    New Year Workout Accountability 2016

I think this is year 3 of this thread. Let's keep each other motivated to continue living healthy lifestyles!

I'm hitting the pipes today with some skull crushers, french press, barbell curls, and hammer curls. Waiting on PW to get delivered, so I'm using coffee and oatmeal for energy.

Also, calling out parkchief, who started this in 14. Still working out?

not starting fresh as my wife and I have been doing Camp Gladiator fro 2yrs along with weights. We did a few OCRs this past year and I plan to get my Spartan Trifecta this year. We did however get a home gym for a joint Christmas present this year and have hit it with some pretty intense workout already. Ill post pics of the home gym via cell.

Looks like a decent setup to me. Having a home gym definitely makes it easier to keep it up. No excuses to make. If you're home, you can work out!

Kicking off leg day. Heavy squats, dead lift, and calf raises. Got some catching up to do after my injury!

Don't forget good diet habits too. I'm starting back to zero refined sugars and increase daily water intake. I'm focusing on upper body with planks, push-ups & other core strengthening exercises

I usually hit our little work gym for 30 minutes each day at lunch and plan to start again once all this flood watch and grave yard shift allows me to getting back in stride. Coming to work at midnight and getting off at 0930 has me all messed up!

                              New Year Workout Accountability 2016

Hit the gym at 4:30 a.m. during the week and after church on Sunday. At 4:30 it's like a ghost town and I like it. Started that two weeks ago. Working slowly back into weights. Been a loooong time. [emoji15]

                              Started cardio back in September.
