Never going to happen. Boykin from TCU will get community service and a small fine as well. #noaccountibility

The kid, his parents, and the judge could all stand a good beat-down

hope the mom gets jail time for helping him run.

As for the boy, he'll continue to mess up and soon he will be charged as an adult. He'll think money can continue to get him out of everything and will lose.

Unfortunately that'll never happen, maximum sentence that a juvenile judge can dish out for a violation of his juvenile probation is imprisonment in a juvenile facility until he turns 19, which is April 1.

Last I heard he was fighting extradition & wants to stay in a Mexican jail which doesn't sound right.

Poor black kid wasn't raised right and sells some weed? Prison time!

Rich white kid isn't raised right and kills 4 people? Probation...

That statement is ignorant and only perpetuates the divide. It simply is not true. Several kids, black, Hispanic, and white were given probation and community service when I was working in the system. The courts are biased when it comes to repeat offenders, as they should be.

The divide between colors in the legal system is far less than the divide between poor and rich, in my opinion.

Wasn't what you saw and observed just a few days ago in this thread on Steven Avery:

Then you went on to say that you have been the victim of judicial injustice and you don't appear black to me. So which is it?

OJ is black and murdered 2 people in cold blood, almost decapitating one of them (the mother of his children) and he got off Scott free. Why? He had money and his defense team picked a good (stupid and racist) jury for him.

Bill Cosby appears to be a serial rapist, no accountability so far. Michael Jackson, appeared to be a serial child molester, no accountability. All are black, all are rich and all were never held accountable like a "normal" person of average monetary means would be. It comes down to money. Get rid of your white guilt and GTFOH.

I feel horrible for the ones that lost theirs lives and their family. No justice what so ever has been served in this and the kind of money they have he will probably get off again. Horrible deal for sure.
Taking a holiday? While on probation? That dude is making excuses as well

The black and white thing wasn't even intended as a major part of my comment but I can certainly see how it can be misconstrued...

Wealth certainly does have a lot more sway in judicial decisions, no argument there

The kid still made a choice and needs to be held accountable for that choice.

Regardless of the situation, affluence or abject poverty. It is still a choice to act a certain way.

Too often blame gets placed on the situation vs the person who made the choice and now we have a society of entitled victims.
