Need rollers for Total Gym

This is on a TG1000. The plastic became brittle from being stored in a building outside. Seems as though there has been issues with the redesigned ones offered on eBay. Dunno the truth on that.

Questions:

Does anyone know what kind of plastic works best for these as far as longevity?

Can I just have a machinist turn some more out of that white plastic? I forgot what type he keeps in large squares. I'd need to know the proper dimensions of an original roller. Looks like all four on my Total Gym broke.

I'll see if I can find dimensions somewhere. For wear, UHMW with a bronze bushing would be my go to.
