For the past year I've been using Adobe premier pro editing software and with that you can adjust the speed of the clip. The 1st slow motion is 8% of the original speed and the 2nd slow motion clip with the red dot is 4% of the original speed. I've also used pinnacle where you can easily adjust the speed of the footage but it runs much slower when rendering compared to adobe. Feel free to ask me any other questions you may have, thanks!
