Strongbuilt used to make a 10 footer. I've still got one. And have killed a good number of deer from it. I did finally make a foot rest for it. But in order to help keep the weight down, I can't stand on it.
I've also got a Biggame 16 footer that I sometimes use just the bottom two sections. Got from Academy for $40 on clearance, like Razor said above.

Tractor supply has all their ladder stands on clearance. Shorten to desired height.
The two person stand was marked down to $90 last I was in one.
