Places to go off-road ?

Where can you go around the Spring area?
I remember years ago you go to parts of the Sam Houston National Forest but I read now vehicles are prohibited. Are there any other areas with access?

Your best bet is General SAMs in Huntsville, There's a off-road park in splendora and you can go to Crosby it's called down south. We used to ride spring creek when we we're younger all the time. all weekend. Cops wanna spoil a good time tho. We used to ride right from my neighborhood.

I wouldn't go this route anymore. Several years ago the state made it illegal and a big fine for driving a motor vehicle in any riverbed.
