Back in the 1990's, I spent lots of time in Alice Springs.
VB was my favorite beer, and I managed to get a case of it shipped back to me in 1995.

I like VB!! If anyone can send me some, I would appreciate it.

Aussies and Texans have always been cousins from different hemispheres. I've partied with many an Aussie (and had one for a roomate for a while), and I'll tell you mate....you better bring your A-game! The ol boy that stayed with us for a while could put away enough Coors Original or Shiner to float a fair sized boat. I partied with another in Playa a couple years back too. Hell I hired one a couple weeks ago.

I've yet to meet an Aussie that wasn't a good guy, and a ton of fun to drink beer with. Good honest people who work hard, and like to have a good time.
