Last night at work, about 12:30 am, I had to make a sulfric acid transfer to one of the units. I very routine operation. I go and line up the pump (donned in all my proper PPE) and start the transfer. Start to finish is probably about 15 minutes. As I am waiting for the transfer to complete, I am sitting in the golf cart, watching the guys at the loading rack off load one of the train cars. I just sittin there, mindin my own business and I thought I felt something touch the inside of my leg. As I looked down, A FRICKIN RACCOON JUMPED UP IN MY LAP!! I screamed like a little girl! I just knew a chupacabra had my fat @$$! I was trapped. Couldnt get out of the cart. I almost beat myself to death tryin to get away from Bigfoot before I realized what had jumped on me. The coon jumped off of me and stopped about 10 feet away from me. The look on his face was priceless. He was laughin at me, I know he was! I know he went back and was laughin with his friends about how he scared that big bad mean ol' human! I'm just glad it was at night and nobody saw anything!!

Been there!!!! Back in the days of t-posts and burlap groundblinds, I had a coon come wandering in and start to climb my leg about an hour before daylight. I heard him scuffling around in the brush and thought it was an armadillo at first, but he had to be high fiving his buddies after messing with the mighty man sitting on the 5 gallon bucket.....

That is hillarious. I had one try to climb in a blind that had no door and was only about a foot off of the ground, until I scared the heck out of him. I had gotten in the blind well before daylight and had my normal honey bun breakfast and just threw the wrapper on the floor. Just as it was light enough to see about 20-25 yards I saw him coming for the blind I turned around and just a he poked his head inside I hit him in the eyes with a beam of light from a 4 D cell maglite. The hiss and discontentment in his eyes was priceless.
