Tyler Deer Processor?

Anyone recommend any processors around Tyler? I've got a deer that I need to take in. Any that make some good sausage?

My brother and his buddy hunt in Smith county just outside of town there. They always go to Dallas. That is, until my brother discovered he had a brother (me) that dose his own, with his own equipment.

Haha thanks for the bump! Ya I've had a lot go through CCR in Roanoke but I'm not making that haul just for this . Even though it would be worth it!!

Lynch's Meat Market does very good sausage. They are located on 64 west about a mile east of the loop

Carnes between whitehouse and troup is pretty darn good, and theres one between troup and hwy64 on FM15, I can't remember its name but have heard good things.

If interested, I'll get you the name of a guy that my co-worker uses. He makes some dang good snack sticks. He's around he Bullard/Troup area I believe.
