I would say just the opposite.

I only use my 30 for water. 30oz is way too much coffee or soda and I feel silly with that big cup a 1/3 full.

The 20s get way more use at my house.

20 for my to/from work cup. Coffee in the morning. Ice water on way home. 30 is at home or travel cup for cold drinks only
