Yes, that is Cedar Creek lake on the east side in Payne Springs. My commute will be about the same. My mortgage payment will be about the same too, except I'm going from 30 years to 15!

Sounds good, I think I know which one it is. I was out there 2 weeks ago and the cattle were being run and looked a bit crowded so didn't bother stopping.
