Short Tripod

I'm looking for a tripod that's about 5-6 ft to the platform. Does any company make one? The shortest I've seen is the hawk transformer at 9.5ft. If I can't find one I guess I'll just buy a cheap one from academy and cut the legs off.

I use the upper portion of a 10' Strongbuilt that I have had for years. It works!

Go to Real Bark hunting systems, deer hunting tripods, they have a 7ft one.

I have one like you are talking about. There is a guy in Seguin, Texas that makes them. His shop is on Hwy 90A towards Gonzales. If I go to Seguin tomorrow I will get the address.

I use the top part off a strong built at Firstpoint and works well. Sometimes a little difficult to get in since it doesn't have a wide stance

The Woodsey Too Quadpod can be set up at 8' or 14' to eye level.

I got one at a place on the N side of I10 in Brookshire that is exactly what you are looking for. I can't remember the name of the place, but you could find it pretty quick on google.

I have one of those also, and that's the way to go! Very mobil and can be moved and setup very quickly!
