Safety Alert!! Use a lifeline!

I know that this has been discussed before on here but I had a friend fall out of his stand last week because he wasn't hooked to a lifeline as he was trying to get down from his stand! He is in the hospital and faces life changing issues and possibly more surgeries than the ones he has had already! Lifelines are not that expensive and are definitely a small price to pay to prevent injury or worse!
I would ask you to think of your families and how your death or serious injury will affect them and consider whether you will ever be able to get out and enjoy God's creation like you can now! Safety matters! A lifeline would make a great Christmas gift for your family members or friends that you want to help keep safe! Please lift my friend up in your prayers and really consider your life and safety as you continue this hunting season!

I'm a testament to this. I had my harness on but had not attached it yet. Strap holding the tree stand on broke and I fell 19 feet. Somehow managed to land on my feet but caught the ladder stick on the way down with my left butt cheek. A lot of stitches and a few days off from work and I was ok. Good Lord was watching out for me that day. I don't hunt out of tree stands anymore.
