Bay area processing gets my business. It is on Pasadena blvd in Pasadena. I haven't had any exotic cuts, just hamburger, steaks, and sausage. It has always been quick and professional with a decent price.

I've never had a processor not take hog meat that was quartered.

Flemings is good stuff. Fajitas and boudin are legit. I've also heard good things about the tamales but haven't bought them yet.
