Buddy, you're Mom and entire family have my prayers. My Mom was diagnosed with MM in 2005, she went home to the Lord in 2012. If you ever need to talk or have questions, been there & done it from the perspective of a son.

The transplant is no joke, my Mom did two. It's going to knock her on her butt for a good 6 months. I pray it's successful and lasts longer than 12 months, that's all my Mom got out of the first. What's her name?

Clay, your mom, dad, you and all of your family are in my prayers. This hits close to home, my wife will likely be going through the same treatment. We meet with the doc on Wednesday to get preliminary results on her biopsy and to determine the next step. Praying for strength, comfort, and understanding for all of you. God bless y'all!

Prayers for your mom’s operation and recovery to go well Clay.

She couldn’t have a better support team beside her between you and your dad.

We’ll be praying for you folks.

My MIL went through the same thing in '07-'08 at MD Anderson. She is now 7 years cancer free. The chemo before the transplant was the worst part for her. The reaction to the transplant was minimal - each person is different, of course.
Your Mom is in the best place for treatment. I will be praying for her, and for a successful transplant.
