They are probably wondering why the guys on the 100 acres are bothering them on the 300 acre property.

Biggest buck I ever shot was when I was 300 yards from our shooting range, hunting & my BIL and all his friends decided that was the day they wanted to site their guns in. Got that mature buck up on his feet & moving during daylight towards me & away from the shots.

Just curious where do you think they could move a stand on 300 acres where a 100 acre neighbor wouldn't hear a rifle shot? You're talking about a noise that can carry several thousand acres.

While duck hunting a couple weeks ago in Oklahoma, and doing lots of shooting for our 2 limits, in the middle of the hunt a buck walks along opposite side of pond without a care in the world. Our shooting hadn't phased him at all.

Hide near the fnce in a black ninjey suit.

Just before daylight crawl under their stand.

At first light jerk them out of it and beat the living crap out of then.

                Deliver 17 double crotch chops.

Run like a madman over to their feeder and destroy it.

Run back to them, give them an elbow drop.

Deliver 10 more double crotch chops.

Run off all the while screaming WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO.

OP has already stated that "his" deer are scared off when the neighbor shoots once.
All of the deer would leave the county if he shot hundreds of rounds every day for a month.

I was thinking the same thing.

Everybody's right. It's their land, they can do what they want on it.

It might be too late in the season now, but you could just move your setup to another part of your 100 acres, like over on the other side. Set your feeders to go off 5 minutes before theirs does, and use some really tasty deer feed in it. Maybe put out a couple of deer blocks, too.

Meanwhile, find the trail going towards the neighbor's side and put some smelly old towels or tshirts on the ground. Hang one from a bush so it'll flop around in the wind (best to do this where he won't see it). In general, make the other side of your property a LOT more desirable for those deer.

If your deer get scared when they shoot , you shoulda already been dropping the deer you were looking at

Keep your foot plots in better shape than theirs. Make sure your deer never run out of food. Keep the pressure low. When you kill a good buck, take it over to their camp to show them. Give them some BS story about how you've been watching him for several years and wanted to know if they had any trail cam pics or his sheds that you're missing. Best you can hope for is you kill better deer than them and one day they catch on... Or better yet move on, and you can lease their 300 too.
                        Spot on, no other option

                            I'd say a 5 Star rating.
Just helping the man with an idea and, a recommendation on what i use and to wish him luck on growing a healthy well managed deer herd.

I know the deer hunting world is a bit more relaxed up here, but I guess I just don't understand being upset about the neighbor killing a buck? I could see it being concerning if they were decimating the local herd, but if they're shooting all the deer they can it ain't gonna matter if they're shooting deer on the fence line or killing them a quarter mile into their woods.

There was a NICE ten at our house all summer and the neighbor killed him in early bow season. I am glad that he got him! Sure, I'd have loved to get him, but who cares? I just can't see being upset over a deer. There are other ones out there and they'll make more next year.

First off... Oklahoma sucks... more poachers in one county in that state than in the all of Texas combined... Lived for a while on a place that ran cows and sold deer hunts... never seen so much illegal hunting in my life...

that said.... that blind would get a pig every chance I got...

as far as shooting young deer... they DEFINATLY wont make it if you shoot them... so pray and hope they are crappy hunters.....
