what "treats" do you leave for deer?

I think the title pretty much explains it all. One of the other threads here there were quite a few guys saying they leave treats at the feeder to "reward" a deer they are hunting to try and get them to hang around and get used to you walking in that area. The stand I am hunting this year is only like 500 yards from our fence line but our neighbor is all up in our business (he is set up like 30 FEET away from the fence). We have already planted wheat but what else can I leave the deer to persuade them to our side of the fence!?

I always throw out our old bread and hamburger buns. The deer eat em up!

Sometimes I will cut up a couple of apples and throw them around my stand. Never actually seen a deer eat them; they are always gone the next day, however.

I have done this in Kansas and I would assume it would work here as well. find somebody that has a apple tree and go pick up all the old no good apples. The deer love them. You may even check with one of the local groceries store managers and see if you buy the old apples at a deep discount.

We used to knock down all of the mistletoe we could find.

              Mistletoe!

Fill a lawn leaf bag full of it and dump it out around your blind. They love it

Alfalfa, corn, extra corn, apples, grapes, more corn, sweet baby carrots, corn. You get the idea.

being that we have 80 acres of alfalfa on our property, I put out pecans and acorns from the neighborhood I live in all up and down the road I walk in on. They are untouched for a day or two, but then they disappear.....

Deer will eat alfalfa based range cubes before they will eat corn.
