Cajun Blakes Gumbo recipe ????

Where's the chicken? They use chicken and sausage in New Iberia. And Cajun tater salad to go with it.

Chicken was in there just could not see a lot of it in the picture I took. And I agree gumbo just ain't as good without a scoop of tater salad in it. Unfortunately this time I had to do without.

Good deal, my wife learned the Louisiana way to do gumbo and tater salad almost 30 years ago and I have been enjoying it!
