You get so few days in the woods, the rain will stop and start today, and deer will move. you never know what may step out.

Been there done that and, always ended up going. If you have no road issues at your lease and after a big buck, then go. Sitting in the blind and hunting your big bucks is way better than anything else, that's just my opinion. Now pack'em all up and head to your spot, you may see a buck you've never seen before, most nice bucks I've killed was hunted in a miserable weather. Just when you think it's not good time to go? It is also the best time to be in your blind or stand. Be safe & good luck.

if I had a place to go, I'd go. And I could get off on a Saturday. I get 1.5days off on the weekends. used up my time off when my dad passed away. so I'm stuck at home. I say go!

Ive missed the past three weekends because of rain. Im going to flip a coin this weekend just because, but I do hate playing in the mud. 20yrs ago I wouldnt have cared, times change with age

Unless you have something productive to do at home, go spill some blood or at least give yourself a chance.

We were scheduled at Diamond C this weekend but with the rain all weekend and freezing rain forecast, we rescheduled for next month.

I think its going to stay raining until Monday. I guess the question is do you want to hunt in the cold rain or not?

I'm at home and could go, but its hard to get motivated in this weather. Its a 30 minute walk to my stand and I'm hunting from a natural ground blind. So I'll be getting wet the entire time I'm there. I've got the wet weather gear, but I just not that made at the deer right now.

Good luck! In my experiences, that first clear hunt after a few days of rainy weather has everything in the woods moving
