    dooo eeeeetttt
seriously... its kind of a mess, but you wont regret it... i used to do two turkeys... one garlic butter, the other creole/pepper... Wish my wife had let me do one this year, but she wanted the spotlight...

Injected both of mine with creole butter last night along with more creole butter and seasoning on the outside. Just took the first bird out of the oil and it looked awesome. Second bird is frying as we speak

Inject her! Stick it in as far as it will go and let the good stuff flow!

Do it! Wouldn't fry a turkey without it. I like to get creative and fine grind up a savory dry rub that I mix into creole butter injection. Have to have a good injector that won't plug easily, but well worth it.

Inject with creole butter and a chicken rub I use for smoking. Got one in the fryer now, smell is awesome. And they always taste great. Family keeps coming out to smell the turkey in process!

Oh yeah. Definitely inject. I even use the injector system on small birds too (Cornish Hens) and they come out great.

                  All the best,
                  Glenn

I always inject no matter if I'm frying or smoking.

Creole butter injector is awesome in bird and pork.

A tip from the gyno---never go in dry!!!

Give that bird the injection and enjoy.

If you don't inject, there is no real flavor.

Thanks guys! We've injected every time we've deep fried it and enjoyed it but apparently there are people who prefer it "dry" ... I prefer it injected myself!
