Is your property posted no trespassing?

The reason I ask is one of my neighbors came onto my property with a pistol a beer and stole the battery out of my feeder. Called the cops and gw they didn't do anything except gave him a no trespass warning because that little section of my property wasn't posted or purple paint. I figured he woulda atleast got a ticket or worse. They didn't even want me to file a no trespass warning "it would make him mad and something cold happen." They didn't even want to see the picture of him.

I have my land marked with purple paint and signs. GW caught three trespassers and informed me that they must first have a warning before being charged with trespassing. Told GW land is clearly marked so what's the hold up? He replied purple paint doesn't mean anything if the person is unaware of law and signs don't matter much either if they can't read.

Our laws are setup in favor of low lives.

Well, you should know that those guys have the right to have their dogs on your property. If a dog chases a pig onto your property, they have the right to follow...
