Why do so many Russians have dash cams?!

protection from insurance fraud, lots of folks are throwing themselves in the way of oncoming cars to get injured and collect.
i dont think we in the US are much more than 10yrs or so out before we may need to start using dash cams as well.

I'm afraid now to get into my truck to drive home.
I almost died on Aug. 24 when a Honda driver had a seizure, came off the highway, launched up a ramp, went airborne and t-boned my 1500 RAM. I was cringing when I watched a couple of those videos.

I drive a 2500 RAM now, I could not find a 3500 without dual rear tires!
