Need a little help.

Well I've been a member of this site for quite a while and as much as I hate to admit it I don't know how to post pictures. I don't have a computer I just use my cellphone. I've tryed and tryed to figure it out but don't know anymore about it it now then I did before so I'm just gonna ask. I didn't want to have to but I can't learn if I don't. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Go to the "go advanced" tab beside "post quick reply". When new screen pops up click on paper clip looking icon to the right of the "white smiley face" icon. It will take you to another screen that gives you the option to choose a file. When you hit the "choose a file button" it will ask you where you want to download from. I press documents and then choose the pic i want from my photo gallery. After you have selected how ever many photos press upload. After upload is complete close that screen and return to the previous one. Next, press the little black arrow next to the "paper clip/ attach" button and it will allow you to choose to attach the downloaded pics to your post.

You think they would make it easier than this! Took me awhile to figure out. You are going to probably get you a resizing app so your pics aren't sideways.

A trick when a pick is too large is to take a screenshot of the original pic...i can take a pic that is originally 2.5-3 MB and screenshot it and it will only be 1.7 MB or so which should upload. I had to figure that out on my own after most of my pics kept failing to upload.

I havent had a problem with sideways pics...? Is that common?

That's the 1st time I've tried to upload a pic that way.
I've seen a lot of sideways pics lately so I assume that's how they did it as well.

Tapatalk just makes it a lot easier.

About 80% of the time my pics came out sideways. I just downloaded a free resizing app that stores all your photos on your phone. Seemed the easiest for me. Couldn't figure out the tapatalk app

Alternative method....go to tinypic.com and click browse to find the pic on your phone/computer. For size select msg board. Click upload. It will give you an image tag that starts with [img]. Copy and paste all of that into your thread. Done.

I almost got it. I uploaded a photo. But when I clicked on the arrow to the right of the paperclip it didn't do anything or open any options. Not sure what's going on there but I'll keep trying. Thanks for your help everyone. I just got a new cellphone so I'm still kinda getting used to it. I'll end up downloading tapatalk to see if that helps me any. I'm not very tech savvy compared to most people my age. But I'll see what I can do.
