Shooooot both of my boys first deer was from the kitchen window while we were stationed in Virginia. Exactly 1yr apart to the day and nearly the same hour.

I’ve shot a pig from the porch but that’s it sofar. It would take a really big deer for me to shoot off the porch or with a gun. Nothing wrong with it at all though.
I love bowhunting primarily and haven’t shot a buck with a gun in about 20 years.

I’m really looking forward to this season behind the house down at my hunting setup. Been seeing some great deer and plenty of deer so it’s looking good.

Hope to be able to make a post like this next year. I’ve been letting a couple bucks walk on my little place the last town years. Next year may be the year!
