I have a hog skull that i had the processor do a euro on, a couple of years ago. it is now turning a nasty looking shade of yellow, it is not on a plaque of any kind. How much should i expect to pay to get it back to the white color it should be and to have it put on a plaque so i can put on the wall?

Sounds like it wasn't de-greased properly. Put it in a tub of water, with an aquarium heater turned up all the way, and a few cups of dawn dish soap. Do this for 3 weeks or so, and skim the grease of the top of the water and refill as needed. That should get it fairly white.
Next get some 40 Volume Peroxide and some whitening powder from Sally's Beauty Salon online. Make a paste, and apply to the entire skull. Let it sit in the sun for 2-3 days and it will look whiter than it did when you got it.
The key to not having your skills turn yellow is to degrease them properly. Post up the results.

I'd at least try that before paying someone
I'd boil the skull again and do so with borax soap to degrease it then whiten it with peroxide again. After whitening, set it out in the sunlight to dry. The sun will further enhance the whitening.
Then mount it however you want. I prefer mounting euros on a Skull Hooker

Peroxide will not fix the problem, nor will boiling it, nor will three weeks in a degreaser. Hogs can take months to degrease. That is why I don't typically mess with them. People don't understand what it takes to make a great hog euro. I would say boil it in soapy water then paint it white or your color of choice.

You are correct if you boil a skull or beetle clean it it will take 3-6 months to degrease. Less if it was mascerated. Every customer that brings me a hog skull is surprised when I quote turn around time.

Since I don't do skulls anymore I would recommend beetleguy he does really good work.
