trapping and selling hogs

i saw on a post this week that there were new laws on selling hogs (now i cant find the thread)....talked to a guy on my lease today that mentioned us selling some that we trap and i wanted to make sure we were legal.....i cant find any rules on trapping and selling.....you guys know where i should look for info?

thanks...exactly what i needed....i was looking while at work and was getting frustrated

so the new rules are all for releasing them back on a hunting reserve, right? if just trapping and hauling them to the closest buyer (holding facility) then you are good to go without any testing or anything? thats the way i read everything
