So I work full time at a animal shelter and do window cleaning on the side.. At work we had a company that has the city contract to do the window cleaning... Last week they came out and did the outside and just a few windows inside and were done in 30 min.. The windows looked like trash!! Some were cleaned most wernt even touched.. Water running down almost all the ones they did do.. So we called and said we arnt paying you need to come and redo the windows.. So they come out yesterday and stay for 15 min in the parking lot and then just leave the had a apt to be there and redo all the windows.. So we called and again say WTH is going on it needs to be done.. We cant call someone else or have me do it since its a city building and city contract.. The guy comes back today does 4 9 window doors and leaves this is the same guy who has come each time.. We will be calling again today.. What is wrong with peopel that they have to be called so many times to do what they are being paid for the first time? I just dont get how that company is still around with how they do business...
