Bow/Rifle Opener

I heard that TPWD will be doing away with bow season and it will be opening the same as rifle season. I do not see this happening. Anyone else hear such?

I don't see how this would make any sense to the state. The revenue generated from bow season through the end of regular gun is HUGE.
