Anyone do fireplace/chimney service?

We had our wood burning stove done last year and he charged $135. When he left, every thing was clean and he did a good job. Took him about 1 1/2 hr.

Have a buddies dad that does it for like $75-80 depending on chimney.

Would be a lot cheaper than causing a fire in the chimney.
I have been on a few of them, from minor damage to washing the slab off...


Every one of them, owners stated they never cleaned the pipes.

Yea but the 70.00 difference isn't worth looking like coal miners daughter
