Never hunted an AR county. Do you guys only get one buck? I thought the OP said something about one over and one under and the kid killed two over. I assume the one under must be a spike.
Googled it. 61 AR counties total. I had no idea there were that many. 2 bucks. One over 13 and one with at least one unbranched antler.

In AR counties you cannot shoot two 13" wide or greater bucks (unless you somehow find a really wide buck that has one/both sides unbranched.)

OP mentioned one guy killed two bucks over 13", used his dad's tag for the second one.
