From what the town of Blum told us, it's county. They have no gun regulations. But they gave us this printed out, and was told the neighbor would sue if I shot anymore.
They lied. The neighbor can't Sue you for that anyway unless you damaged their property.
Regulation of discharging a firearm sec 229.002. Look it up
WRONG! That is just saying a municipality can not tell someone with a track of land 50 acres or more that they can't discharge a rifle. In other words even if your in the city limits if you have 50 acres or more you can still shoot your guns. Out in the country the projectile just can't cross property lines regardless of size.

They were complaining of the noise, ran onto our property, tried to cuss me out. Then called the sheriff and said they were in fear of there life. I was practicing for my chl
It also says on land in an ETJ OR ANNEXED there are no such regulations in the country. I just bought 11 ac and i plan to do a lot
Of shooting with my kids
It doesn't sound like it's your cup of tea. Kill your deer (following their rules) and find a new place for next season in plenty of time to find out what the rules are. All of the rules.
So, let the owner know if you plan to run your 4-wheeler "all over the place" or maybe just walk to your stand and use a spackle knife to scrape the extra mud off of your boots; kill a deer and then have a ginger ale or whatever with your uncle around the campfire while telling tales of wrestling bears and whatnot. It'll all be good.
