Got here to the lease in Houston county last night. Just got to the stand. SE wind. Gonna be here til next wed. Deer were starting to chase pretty hard last weekend. The 3.5 and under bucks anyways Took some vacation time to be here during the rut. Usually see the most movement and biggest deer chasing 6,7,8,9,10. Maybe the 11th then it falls off. Plan on getting some good film and pretty much scouting for my dad. I shot a buck a few weeks ago. Ill prob just take a good spike or a hog. Since doe are like gold right now. Moon is dang near straight up at the moment Wind swapping to north Friday early morning and gonna cool down real nice sat night. I think this is when it's really gonna kick in hard. Good luck yal.

We got plans to do some mid day grunts and rattling. To see what we can draw out.

The hogs and coyotes have been plentiful, going to be a blast!
