X2. I have brought in 50 of the dry cajun rubbed ones a few times for the guys at work. Never have any leftovers for sure. Several have converted over from other wing places now. Their gumbo isn't bad either and the cheese stuffed boudin balls are the bomb.

Find you a BoomerJack Wings and get them to mix you up a combination of their Nuclear Hot and Lemon Pepper!!

I'm a Chicken Wing NUT and we've been going to the BoomerJacks in both Mesquite and Murphy for years. One of the waitresses at the Mesquite location turned us on to this combination awhile back and my entire family RAVES about these things!!!! This is the ONLY way we will eat wings now...its THAT GOOD!

I'm pretty sure you can get them to sell you the sauces a la carte.
