He is saying DuPont schedule. You start on a Friday night, work 4 nights, off of Tues-Thurs. Then you work Fri-Sun, off Monday and start nights Tues -Thursday. Then your off all weekend, come back Monday and work 4 straight days. After the "killer days" your off 7 straight days, which is called long change. This repeats every month. Hope that helps.
