Found this little guy in my pool! What is it???

Box turtle. He will drown in left in the pool.

Looks like a Florida box turtle. Definitely not a water turtle. All this rain probably pushed him out of his burrow

So what do I do with it? Quick search says probably not easy to keep as a pet. Much to my 9 years olds disappointment.

LOL. I added rocks.

So what do I do with this little guy? I am in the city. No clue how he got in my pool. Guess it's time to drive a bit and fine a field.
