$3.12 gas in HEB

Saw gas in Hurst, Useless and Bedford for $3.12 yesterday. Best I have seen in the metroplex!

Saw it for 2.72 in Norman Oklahoma this weekend on the way to Kansas.

I don't understand why it is $3.42 in McKinney, $3.29 in Denton and $2.75 in Norman. Most places we saw on the trip was around $3.09.

What I dont understand is why gas is cheaper in places like Taylor, Norman and San Angelo than it is in Houston. Gas is made in Houston and doesnt have to be transported as far. Shouldnt it be cheaper in Houston?
