I've been looking at Headlights. I saw the Energizer Vision HD+ 200 lumens and I've seen the Fred and such. Has anyone used the Energizer? Does it hold up as well as the others?
The Browning HD has served me well. Durable, lightweight, and bright. I purchased a streamlight something that is a bit brighter but it also is heavier.
I have the energizer, it works good but i bought my craftsman LED headlamp from sears and its my favorite, it was $7 on sale from $20. It has a flood light and a focused beam light.
Take a $12 gamble and pick up a Cree XML-T6 headlamp off amazon. 1200 lumens and rechargeable batteries is hard to beat, I've spotlighted critters at 80-100 yds with mine.

I try to find the XML-U2 LED headlamp with 2x 18650 batteries on the back of the headlamp. These are the brightest lights I've seen. I use them for everything around the house, working on cars, hunting, and on the boat.
The ones I bought are made by Windfire, "1800lm", for about $24 with batteries and charger.
