If I were to go to academy tonight after the hunt and buy a tree stand what would y'all suggest i get from there?

BH, my recommendation would depend on what type of tree you have available. Plus in the dark tomorrow morning soul be the absolute wrong time to try it out. I'd just almost stick with what you have, some of the other guys may disagree or have a better solution. They may also have a spare stand.

I have noticed my *** hurts less when I am seeing deer. Last several hours my stand ain't so comfy.

Try gander mountain it's not too far and will have a bigger selection.

Just brush in real good. I using a bunch of Cedar and in tight under some trees.
Best investment ever was this chair so far so good gets thumbs up recommendation.
A little heavy but worth it.

I have that same chair. Plenty comfortable but material creaks and pops. Noisy imo. But..... It's only $60 through SG.

My son is sitting all day. Only seen a hog so far, was last report.

I've never hunted out of a pop up there, but my buddy has. Every deer looked straight at him in it, even brushed in real good. He abandoned that idea after the first morning hunt.

I killed my big deer last year from under a horse apple tree off my dove hunting chair. I rubbed cedar all over me, and they never knew I was there.
