Someone fill one of these suckers with ICE & stick it in an SUV on a hot day & tell me if it sweats.

I was given one of those new high dollar HEB coolers back on Father's Day & it started sweating horribly about 8-10" all around the drain plug...I suspect it was a void when in the roto mold. Returned.

To me, this is a good way to test their mfg process.

Is the flash really as bad on that cooler as it looks in that photo? That looks like a real knuckle buster.
