One of my hunters shot a goat back opening weekend and decided he didnt want it after all. Just the skull, no cape and meat has already been processed. I guess my question is can I legally sell it if someone wanted to buy it with it not being mine I shot? And if I could, would someone even pay money for it? Thanks

You can legally sell the cape, full skull or just the horns, but not the meat, in Texas.

To CYA, fill out and have him sign a wild life resource document.
