    Moultrie customer service

    I had a Moultrie I-35 go bad on me, won't power up. Called customer service, and they're sending me a new I-65 free of charge. Can't beat great customer service!

    Did you have the reciept? I called about a camera I bought in August but I lost the reciept and was told there is t anything they can do to help me.

      They offered me a 40% discount for a new camera. which put the price just a little higher than what I could find it for on ebay......

      Wasn't to happy with them...

      And to think,,, all I wanted them to do was to send me a new motion sensor lense.... AND I OFFERED TO PAY FOR IT!!!

        I have no receipt, they didn't even ask for the one back that I have. They said they can't get the parts to fix the I-35's. I don't know if it mattered, but I used the Moultrie Game Management system, and they can see I've used their service for a few years now. Maybe that played a role in their decision.

            I am getting ready to deal with their customer service. Hope I have the same luck. I have an MLB 800i that will not detect anything directly in front of it further than about 20'. I just bought it about 3 weeks ago from Academy. I might try to return it instead but I bet I can't. It takes great pictures but only if within 20'(not always then either). I watched several deer for three evenings in a row while in my deer stand. They were right in front of the camera. Nada, not one single picture of them.
