                      Hes a low fence deer im thinking he wont make it...all i see are young deer..nieghbors have three feeders and they lease the property out...no management...hes a goner if they have seen him.all i hqve seen are about the same age none older. i was thinking 3...if niehbors dont take him...hes gonna be a brute.

                        There's a chance that the neighbors will shoot him and he will never mature.
                        If you shoot him, there's 100% chance he will never mature.

                        We go through this same situation every year.
                        Our neighbors are "management-minded bow hunters", but they let all their kids and friends come out and shoot does because "there's plenty of does".
                        We used to see 10-30 does every hunt between two blinds.
                        Now we're lucky if we each see 2.

                            I'd try talking to them. They probably think the exact same. If we don't, the neighbor will.

                            This argument just twists me all up. When you hunt this way you become "that neighbor."
