Looks to me it should be ok with new blades, including the tip blade. Might look at rage hypo's though. Stronger and thinner= better penetration. Make sure it still spins straight and blades swing freely after replacing the blades on that on for sure though.

Yea, I was thinking about orange spray paint, for a pig or coon.

In my experience most of the time when I try to replace blades in a rage either the screw won't come out or it is stripped. I just got in the habit of replacing the whole head if being used for hunting...

All you need to do is replace the blades. Spin it on an arrow to make sure it's not bent and go with it. Same way we've been doing for decades.

And if you can only get one shot with a head it might be time to think about shooting something else.

Well, I shanked this one. I think I hit the T post that holds a feeder leg in the ground, the. A tree limb, and then.......one of those days.

Back in the old days when they used a roll pin yes it would be trash because the roll pin would compress and the blades would fall out. Since they started using those knurled solid pins you should be good to go with new blades.

                            Rock 1--Rage 0

No blood, clean miss? Practice on a coon with it.

If Indians could kill buffaloes with a knapped rock, you could sharpen an slice bacon with it.
