Could this work for a blind?

Been researching all the diy bow blind builds trying to decide what I want to try and build. Recent snake encounter has made me rethink my pop-up blinds, plus it would be nice to have something that would hold up to the elements a little longer. Saw this while at Lowes today and thought add a few windows and for the price could make a great bow blind. Maybe a little big but it's only $279.00. Not sure how hard it would be to cut and add the windows. Click image for larger version

Might be pretty loud inside but the right work and setup itll be pretty cool i think.

I had a storage shed like that right after the wife and I got married, a whirlwind came by lifted it up and proceeded to turn it into scrap metal. Could work but I'd recomend some extra bracing and really good anchoring, nailing it to 2 x 6's isn't quite enough.

Another option. 4x6, plastic, and under $400.00.

Yes it would make a good blind, probably need to add some pink foam insulation (4x8 sheets) to cut down on the noise of acorns and rain hitting the roof.
Its cheap , give it a try

Make sure you touch and feel the plastic itself. I've found some Keter plastic to be extremely brittle (brand new). Rubbermaid is fine; even Suncast is better.

I'm sure it would work but I think you'd be happier building one out of wood.

I think you can pick them up at the store. I saw the metal one at Lowes and that got me thinking. Looked at several on line but have not got looking at in store pickup yet. Might be a lunch time project tomorrow.

Bfree. Which type does your friend have and did he have any issues cutting windows? Any chance you could get some pictures?
