    When did they change it from an RC hobby to a (gasp) "DRONE" and make it sound all "bad/evil"?

    The PC "terminology" folks are winning.

    Reminds me of the "assault" rifle branding.

      From what i understand from the articles I have read only commercial operators will have to register their drones.
      The hobbiest will not. But dont fly it out of sight or above 400'

              It's not pc terminology. The people that fly them and sell them call them drones. Makes them sound cooler.
