So all of the birds for sale on Ebay and what not are farm raised birds. Is that how they get around this?

I don't know if they're getting around the law, or if ol' J.L. just hasn't caught up to them yet. I kinda suspect someday those guys will get a visit from J.L. and he'll be carrying a long list of charges and fines.

Yeah. You can sale pen raised birds if you have the documentation to go with it...
