Not to get too far off topic, but for argument's sake:
The results regarding the UV capabilities of deer were equally fascinating. Our results confirmed that deer lack a UV filter in their eye and that their vision in the shorter wavelengths was much better than ours. Deer also were found to have a relatively high sensitivity (good vision) in the short wavelengths where UV brighteners and dyes are active.
While not entirely conclusive, this finding suggests that deer are capable of seeing some UV light and that fabrics containing UV dyes and brighteners may be more visible to deer than to humans.

I can tell you that this detergent glows like CRAZY while under a black light!
I ordered a black light flashlight and wanted to see how much light it put off in the dark.
So I stepped into the laundry room where there wasn't any light and flipped it on. All I saw were my running socks reflectirs a blaze orange hunting vest and the glowing of this detergent. The vest was by far the brightest thing in the room. All that being said, when I hit regular washed clothes with the light, there was no glow at all.
So take away from this what you want I guess.
I'll post a picture when I get home.
