    2015 Jeep Cherokee, any thoughts?

Anyone here buy one? My wife was looking at one online. The price seems ok, but was just wondering what experiences any of the brotherhood has had with them.

My wife has one in the limited its a 2014 model. Really nice jeep and decent fuel mileage she gets about 22mpg. We haven't had any problems at all with hers besides a few flat tires thanks to the gravel roads but other than that it's a solid car.

I rented a 2015 with the trail package in Colorado a few weeks back. I drove from Denver to Grand Junction and up the Grand Mesa. Car was very impressive and rode good with plenty of power.

I rent a ton of nice cars throughout the year and this was a very nice surprise.

We have never owned a jeep before. I think we will test drive both the 4 and 6cyl to see which we like best. Thanks for the input.

I bought my wife the first Cherokee TrailHawk off the lot in Fredericksburg last year. Great car. Has close to 50k miles on it with no problems. Only complaint is that we've recently found with the birth of our daughter that the car seat takes up a good amount of room in backseat. Before though with 4 adults in the car and myself being 6'4" I always had plenty of room.

GF has a 14 and its not anything real special from what I have seen in hers and drove around at auctions. They are very testy if not well maintained, and their resale is not the best from my experience. Good solid drivers though if taken care of.

We had bought an 11' when they first came out and really liked it. It was the limited with the 5.7L Hemi, TONS of power and actually pretty dang good fuel economy. Had a few electrical bugs with the windshield wipers but that's the only negative that I can remember. We sold it and bought a new expedition EL for more room, but the wife got tired of driving what she called the bus around so we turned around and got another grand cherokee just over a year ago. We did some compromising and ended up with a black 15' SRT, has a 6.4L Hemi coupled with an 8 speed transmission . . . this rig is awesome and fassst! Got about 25k miles on it now and not a single issue, knock on wood.

Go drive a 15' Tahoe we love ours. It really is amazingly comfortable. It also is really nice to have the third row.

My sister has a 14 Cherokee Limited I believe and she said that she wishes that she would have bought a Tahoe.

I test drove a '14 model when they first came out. I took it out on the highway and could never get the 9th gear to kick in, even going down hill, slightly slowing down, at 70 mph. Beyond that, I really liked it. It was a LOT more comfortable than my Mitsubishi Mirage, but about half the fuel economy.

We have a 14 and love it. We have the overland package and the interior blows the 4 runners out of the water.
